What to do if you are not completely happy with your goods.
- If your products arrived damaged please send us a picture of the damage along with the order / room reference for us to trace and rectify.
- If the delivery box is damaged on arrival please ensure that you sign as 'damaged'.
- If we have manufactured the blind incorrectly or there is a fault on the fabric again please email us a picture along with the order / room reference for us to rectify
We aim to deliver all orders within 7-10 days.
We will notify you before you order of any stock issues with fabrics.
