Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy


If you require to cancel your order with us we will require you to do so within 7 days of the order being placed in writing via E-mail, post or Fax. All contact information can be be found on our contact us page.



If you receive your goods and they have been made incorrectly or are faulty in any way we will gladly receive the blinds back for return to inspect and correct. The quickest way for us to resolve the issue will be to take a photo along with the blind reference and order number and email it to us at we will then have a remake sent out to you within 3 days and no extra charge to yourselves.



If you cancel within 7 days of the order we will provide you with a full refund.
